I had filled out a survey from a previous order and was sent a coupon for two free bagels as a reward for my feedback. Today, I went to collect on my two free bagels. However, I was immediately asked what I wanted to purchase in order to receive my two free bagels. Mind you, nowhere on the coupon did it state that I needed to make a purchase in order to receive my two free bagels. However, instead of arguing about it, I just went ahead and ordered a deli sandwich. The sandwich came With lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and deli mustard. I ordered it no tomato. I looked on the screen. It had everything listed, including NO TOMATO. The very nice employee who took my order, talked me into a chocolate chip cookie instead of getting the chips that normally comes with the sandwich. However, when I got home, my sandwich had tomato on it, but you know what it didn’t have? Any mayonnaise or mustard. So it was a very dry sandwich. You Know what else I didn’t have? My cookie! It’s possible, I was supposed to pick the cookie up out of the basket, however, if that was the case, I wish they had told me to go ahead and grab one. Needless to say, I don’t think I will be going back in for any “free” f

Wife and I went here recently. Been awhile. Our bagels were not up to Einstein quality. Then my wife ordered 6 to take home. Got home and had 5 and not the ones we ordered. Hope they do a better job because we hate to skip this place. Not hard to count to six and maybe a better attitude by people taking orders would help. Just being honest.

We were at Einstein Bagel at zero dark 30. Robert was great. Greeted us on our way in. Our order was perfect. Bagel sandwiches are always delicious. Wish the owner would upgrade the location. It needs some tlc. We are frequent diners.

This is the 2nd time we ordered from this location, first time food was unraveled in the bag. So figured hey give 'em another shot right? Well wrong! First the bagels were all wrong, but was gonna eat it anyway, then I went to open my bagel to add salt and pepper and noticed they cooked my damn eggs with a damn product sticker!!! Like seriously! How do you not notice the black sticker in the white eggs!!!! Never ordering from there again.

Last week I stopped in for the first time. I ordered the All-Nighter on their 6-cheese bagel. Today I came back to try their seasonal Oktoberfest on the pretzel bagel. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of their options at this point. I will definitely be back to try more! They even have a deli menu for lunch and the entire staff is so friendly. Update: this is now my favorite breakfast stop! I always enjoy seeing Robert. He’s the best! So kind and friendly.
